FAQ

How does the Rock / Paper / Scissors damage work?

Enemies have a type: R / P / S. Your bullets also have a type: R / P / S.
You can defeat enemies only with the correct counter:

  • Paper beats Rock

  • Scissors beats Paper

  • Rock beats Scissors

How do I switch bullet types?

Use the in-game bullet switch UI (R / P / S). If switching feels delayed, try:

  • Releasing fire input before switching

  • Ensuring the UI button isn’t blocked by another UI element (Canvas sorting order)

The game is lagging / stuttering

Try:

  • Close other apps

  • Restart the device

  • Lower in-game graphics / effects (if available)

  • Make sure Low Power Mode is off (can reduce performance)

The game crashes or freezes

Try:

  • Reinstall the app

  • Update iOS

  • Free up storage (low storage can cause crashes)
    If it continues, email support with:

  • When it happens (menu / gameplay / specific level)

  • Steps to reproduce (if possible)

Audio not working

Check:

  • iPhone silent switch / volume

  • In-game sound settings

  • Bluetooth device connected (audio routed elsewhere)

Ads / IAP / restore purchases (if applicable)

  • If you bought an item, use Restore Purchases (if your app has IAP).

  • If restore doesn’t work, contact support with the Apple ID purchase receipt (screenshot is ok).

I want to delete my data

If the game stores data locally (scores/settings), deleting the app removes local data.
If you use online services (analytics/ads), email support with:

  • “Data deletion request”

  • Your approximate install date, device model, and region (no personal ID needed)
